7:30 AM meet your English-speaking guide at your Hanoi hotel. Take a support van or minibus southwest out of the city, enjoying views of mountains and sugarcane fields along the way. Hop on your bike and cycle 40 to 70 km across flat village paths, stilt-house hamlets, and rice paddies. Arrive in the Mai Chau Valley and enjoy a local Thai meal in Pom Coong Village. Stay overnight in a traditional local homestay or a valley-view lodge.
Brekfast and coffees and Cycle from Mai Chau past local farms and descend through Co Luong toward the Pu Luong Nature Reserve. Stop for local food at a scenic spot along the route.Tackle some rolling hills and dirt tracks. View the iconic giant bamboo water wheels along the Cham Stream in Ban Hieu village. Arrive at a village in Pu Luong (such as Ban Hieu Village or Hang Village) for dinner and an overnight stay in a homestay or eco-lodge.
Breakfast and Ride through beautiful mountain roads, terraced rice fields, and local minority villages. Visit hidden spots like the Hieu Waterfall if time permits. Enjoy a final local lunch in Ho Chi Minh Trails. and Board the support vehicle for the comfortable drive back to Hanoi.
